another day

It looks like its been a long long time without updating this blog so I will just put in a few words.. The boys have become skateboard nuts.. and there's not a single day that goes by without one of them telling me how he fell or did a new trick.. So far they are doing good... so far this year Mat has hurt his knees, and his ankle and Sean broke his wrist and his ankle both requiring casts... Chris has not had any major skateboard related injuries but did this past week his hand with a pipe that he was hitting a tree with causing a run to the ER for 8 stitches.

Work has been about the same... not much news there.. I'm dealing with a bad back that causes a bit of pain when ever I do any lifting or prolonged work that involves lifting or bending. I have completed therapy and after the MRI it was determined that the only think they can do for it is to tell me to learn to live with it.. I have three disks in the t4-5 area that show bulging and deteration as well and arthritis on the spine. oh well life sucks.
